"To know how to suggest is the great art of teaching. To attain it we must be able to guess what will interest; we must learn to read the childish soul as if it were a piece of music. Then, by simply changing the key, we keep up the attraction and vary the song." ~ Henri Fredric Amiel

Music Hall CanCan
The Galop from Jacques Offenbach's "Orpheus in the Underworld" is the tune most associated with the Can-Can. We are dancing this today as we learn about french composer, Camille Saint-Saens who wrote "The Carnival of the Animals." He stole the tune from his fellow composer and used it for the turtle as a joke!
